SodaSlim's 5 Actives, Explained
Updated 2026
SodaSlim's label lists five familiar actives. Here's a plain-English guide to what each is generally studied for — and the honest caveats.
The metabolism pair
Green coffee bean extract (chlorogenic acids) and green tea extract (catechins plus natural caffeine) are the most-researched actives here, linked to thermogenesis and antioxidant activity. These are the formula's strongest cards.
The appetite active
Garcinia cambogia provides HCA and is used for appetite support — but a Journal of Obesity review found only a slight, short-term weight effect versus placebo, so keep expectations modest.
The secondary and the stimulant
Raspberry ketone is an aromatic compound with limited human evidence, typically a secondary ingredient. Caffeine anhydrous is concentrated caffeine for morning energy — and, with the green tea and green coffee, means three of five actives carry caffeine.
What to notice
No milligram amounts are printed, so total dose and total caffeine can't be verified. And the evidence is uneven — strongest for green tea and green coffee, weakest for garcinia and raspberry ketone.
